Create a striking dual-layer steel military insignia while learning the digital design and fabrication process from start to finish.

In this MakerClass, participants will use Adobe Illustrator to prepare and customize their selected military branch design, then learn how to move that design into xTool Studio and prepare it for cutting on the xTool MetalFab. Once everything is set, the MetalFab will laser cut the steel pieces that make up your finished two-layer wall decoration.

Designs are available for each branch of the U.S. military, so be sure to select your preferred branch when you register.

This class is a great introduction to vector design, file preparation, and metal fabrication—and you’ll leave with a finished piece ready to display.
