Supporting Those Who Served
Area 59 is proud to support the veterans in our community by providing access to hands-on learning, skill development, and creative opportunities. Our makerspace is built on the belief that innovation, craftsmanship, and lifelong learning should be accessible to everyone, especially those who have served.
Through the generous support of the Marna Kuehne Foundation, Area 59 has received grant funding to expand opportunities specifically for veterans. This funding allows us to offer dedicated programming, classes, and increased access to our facility so veterans can explore new skills, build projects, and connect with others in a welcoming, purpose-driven environment.
Whether you are interested in learning new technologies, developing trade skills, or simply creating something meaningful, Area 59 is here to support your next step.
