Create a personalized monogram stamp from start to finish, just in time to address your holiday cards. In this hands-on session you will generate a monogram using a free website, convert it to a clean vector in Adobe Illustrator, then laser cut your design into stamp rubber on our CNC laser. We will finish by attaching a 3D printed handle and testing with an included ink pad so you leave with a ready-to-use stamp.

You will learn

• How to choose or create a monogram that engraves well

• Vector basics in Adobe Illustrator, including image trace, cleanup, and sizing

• Laser workflow at Area 59: materials, settings, and safe operation

• Simple finishing techniques and alignment for crisp impressions

Who should attend
