This class will meet each Thursday from October 16 - December 11, from 1:30 AM - 3:00 PM. (Excluding Thanksgiving)

Join us for an 8-week robotics adventure designed just for homeschool students in 4th and 5th grade! Each week, students will explore a different robot platform from the Area 59 collection—Sphero Indi, Ozobot, Sphero Bolt, Edison, Kai, and CoDrone Edu. We’ll start with simple, color-based coding and build up to block-based programming and even drone flight.

Students will gain hands-on experience with sequencing, loops, sensors, event-based programming, and problem-solving while learning to think like engineers.

Culminating Project

The final two weeks are dedicated to designing and testing strategies for our Obstacle Course Challenge, where students can choose to run the course with a single robot or combine multiple platforms in a relay-style run. On the last day, families are invited to watch the Final Showcase as students demonstrate their coding skills and creative problem-solving.
